The Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations of IT Service Alliance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all financial reporting functions. This role manages the monthly close process, financial statement preparation, accounts payable and receivable, and internal controls. The Senior Accounting Manager will collaborate closely with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness, while mentoring junior accounting staff and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate is a CPA or equivalent with extensive experience in full-cycle accounting, strong proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
