The Data Center Manager oversees the full operational integrity, performance, and security of our hybrid data center environments, spanning mainframe, distributed, and virtualized systems. This role is responsible for managing infrastructure capacity, availability, and resilience while ensuring compliance with strict uptime and security standards. The ideal candidate has deep experience with IBM mainframe systems alongside distributed and virtual infrastructure (VMware, Windows, Linux), and can coordinate hardware lifecycle management, power and cooling systems, network configurations, and DR/BCP processes. They will lead vendor relationships, maintenance scheduling, and incident response, ensuring the data center operates efficiently, securely, and with zero unplanned downtime.
