Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in driving the efficiency and accuracy of our sales organization. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce CRM data, tracking and reporting on key sales KPIs, and supporting leadership with performance insights and pipeline analysis. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Salesforce administration, data reporting, and process improvement, and can help design and manage commission structures that align with company goals. This role bridges sales, finance, and operations—ensuring accurate forecasting, clean reporting, and smooth execution of incentive programs across the organization.
