The VMware Technician & Migration Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and migrating virtualized environments across customer and internal infrastructures. This role involves configuring and optimizing VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi systems; performing seamless migrations between on-prem, hosted, and cloud platforms; troubleshooting performance and connectivity issues; and ensuring high availability, security, and reliability across virtual environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with VMware technologies, storage and networking fundamentals, and a proven ability to plan and execute complex virtualization projects with minimal downtime.
